ASHEBORO, N.C. (ACME NEWS) — Mother’s Day falls on Sunday, May 14th, and the North Carolina Zoo is marking the occasion with a special deal for moms.
Mothers visiting the zoo that day will receive $2 off regular admission when accompanied by a paying guest. No coupon needed — just mention “Mother’s Day coupon” at the admissions gate.
The holiday also comes at a great time to explore one of the zoo’s newest seasonal attractions. The Kaleidoscope Butterfly Garden, located in Junction Plaza, recently opened for the season and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through September.
Tickets are $3 and can be purchased at the booth near the Junction Tram Stop.
